The turtles & their animal friends from the Columbus Zoo are coming to Nocterra. We are hosting “Tap Takeover for the Turtles” Thursday, May 23 from 5-9pm, where 3 taps will be dedicated to raising money for the Turtle Survival Alliance, and $1 per pint will be donated to the cause. (Turtle taps will probably be a lager, an IPA & a hard seltzer)
Zookeepers will be bringing animal ambassadors from 6-7pm. Of course, there will be some tortoises, but it’ll be fun to see who else can show up. Plus, Tommy C. Turtle, the zoo’s mascot, will be here to greet your family.
This fun event is FREE and open to the public. We just hope you’ll enjoy some delicious Nocterra beverages while you are here.
This “Drink beer, save turtles” event is hosted by the Columbus Chapter of the American Association of Zookeepers.
Trail Magic will be on site serving food for the evening. There will be soda, juice & snacks at the bar.
Parental Policy – This is a family-friendly, family-encouraged event. Parents are still responsible for supervising their children. Please encourage safe & courteous behavior for the enjoyment of all. Most importantly, have fun while you learn about animals & conservation.
